Editorial Policy
PDFtoMD publishes practical guidance about PDF to Markdown conversion, OCR, and document workflows.
Topic selection
We publish articles that answer a specific question related to PDF conversion, scanned documents, Markdown, or a closely connected workflow. Unrelated PDF topics are not part of this publication.
Checks before publication
Each article is checked for a clear purpose, readable structure, factual consistency, useful links, and agreement with the current behavior and limits of PDFtoMDConverter.
Sources and product claims
Claims that depend on external facts should point to appropriate sources. Claims about the converter must match behavior that can be verified on the product.
Corrections and updates
We correct material errors when they are found. Publication dates are not refreshed only to make an article appear newer; update information is used when the article changes in a meaningful way.
Authorship
The displayed author identifies the organization responsible for the published article. We do not present invented individual experts or reviewers.
